影友會章程 (一) 影友會名稱:
焦恩俊國際影友會
又稱 Vincent Chiao
國際影友會
(二) 各區有各區會長,地位平等,分成
台灣,
大陸,
香港,
美國
等地區(美國地區暫時包括其它地區).
(三) 由各區選出正副會長和幹部每任期2年,可以 連任或不可連任由各區開會決定,會長任期滿由副會長升任,如會長任期時間離開由副會長升任,副會長升任會長後再重選副會長.
(四) 如果幹部們有其他要務，無法繼續為影友會服務時，請務必要跟當區的會長連絡，除其名份，以方便影友會替補人選.
(五) 如有活動先在網上公佈,再以活動地點通知所屬區會長.
Club Rules and Regulations:
1. Name of the club:
Vincent Chiao International Fans
Club
2. The club will be subdivided into regional fan clubs,
with regional presidents in charge. The regions include
Taiwan,
China,
Hong Kong,
and the
United States (Which includes
the other regions).
3. The regional
presidents,
vice-presidents and volunteers
are elected by fans of each
region, and each term is two years. The issues of reelection are determined by each
regional club. If the president becomes incapacitated, the vice president
will become the president, and the vice president will be reelected.
4. If the club officer cannot spare the time for their duties,
due to their own personal reasons, please contact their own
District Chairman, so that they can look for another substitute.
5. If there is any official activities, they will be first
posted on the International Fans Club's web site. Then, depending on the site of the
activity, the president of the so called region will be notified.
